STAGE 1: Design and Processing:
In order to deliver on our promise of exceptional customer service we aim to design and process your items within 5-7 business days.
STAGE 2: Delivery :
We are currently using Shiprocket for all orders across India and
DHL for outside India as our preferred shipping carrier which costs $39 extra.
RETURNS
At Saqlaini Designs your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at saqlainidesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to reach a solution.

PERSONALISED ITEMS RETURN POLICY
All customised products are final sale due to the personalised nature of monogrammed gifts.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
The return policy of all the product is same.
The customer will get their refund back in their bank account within the 20 days after returning the product.
There are certain situations where refunds are not available:
* Any item with obvious sign of wear or use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
